Profile:
Strengthening Youth, Valuing Families and Building Community, Brophy seeks to restore and build the capacities of youth and families within their communities through prevention and early intervention support. Brophy further provides youth and families who are in crisis, homeless or at risk of homelessness, with a range of services that meet their needs.
This is achieved through the delivery of various accommodation, counselling, education, and employment services, and community projects, designed to alleviate, advocate and support those in need.

Mr Francis Broekman
Chief Executive Officer - Brophy Youth & Family Services
Francis Broekman has been the CEO of Brophy since 1995 after 10 years in the social work field. He has a Bachelor of Social Work and recently completed a Master of Social Science-Policy & Management in 2000.
He currently holds a position on the Southwest Health Care Board. His past-times include golf and golf weekends and enjoys family holidays especially to QLD. The part of the job that brings him to work each day is the staff that live the social work experience within the agency.
