Since opening its doors as Yalundah Services back in 1955, Vantage Incorporated has come a long way. These days Vantage Inc is a service provider for people with disabilities offering both day placements for those adults with high support needs as well as employment in a supported environment for those people who are work ready who may have tried or are working their way to open employment.
Outlook and ACCESS are both facilities that offer recreational and lifestyle opportunities for those with higher support needs, offering access to the wider community either individually or in a group environment. Our fully qualified staff ensure an enjoyable and safe place in which to offer support.
Vantage Incorporated also offers supported employment opportunities for those adults who are work ready. With six business enterprises, Vantage can offer a wide variety of work options in both Warrnambool and Hamilton. Opportunities include both specialized and general employment in garden maintenance, car detailing, cleaning, sewing, screen printing, sorting, collating, general packing as well as manufacturing of hardwood bedroom furniture at our Hamilton operation. All business enterprises are run by fully trained support staff to ensure a safe and supportive work environment.

Pam Ruecker has a number of years experience in the disability sector following a career in corporate sales and marketing.
Pam is a founding member of the Disability Professionals of Victoria as well as member of Best Practice Partnerships, Southern Grampians Inclusion Committee, South West Primary Care Partnerships, Australian Institute of Management and has been affiliated with many other organisations, networks and peak bodies including Community Southwest of course.
With experience in the development of policies and procedures gained from hands on development of systems for a number of different organisations and specific training including, HACCP, food handling, internal auditing, not to mention vast experience in sales and marketing, Pam brings a broad understanding of both business and disability to the south west.
