Western District Employment Access Inc. (WDEA) is a not-for-profit, non-government organisation that has provided employment services across south western Victoria since 1989.
WDEA has offices located in Warrnambool, Portland, Hamilton, Colac, Ballarat, Ararat, Stawell, Horsham and Terang.
WDEA provides the following programs and services;
- Disability Employment Services
- Job Services Australia
- Traineeship and Apprenticeship
- Transition to Employment
- Artlink and Careerlink
- Integ Workcrew Terang
- Energy and Water Taskforce
- Charitable Trust funding of $100,000 pa

Mr Mick White
Chief Executive Officer - Western District Employment Access
Mick White has been at the helm of Western District Employment Access (WDEA) for the past 14 years. During that time WDEA has expanded its services to offer an enhanced disability employment service as well as becoming a member of Job Network and offering a full recruitment service.
Mick's background is in personnel and human resource management, having gained his experience, prior to WDEA within the Australian Navy, Smiths Woollen Mill and at Fletcher Jones. Mick has a Diploma in Business Studies from Deakin University.
