We began in 1984 as a community based group training organisation, building apprenticeship, employment and training opportunities in south-west Victoria.

Today, Westvic Staffing Solutions is the largest employer of apprentices and trainees in south-west Victoria and has added a comprehensive range of professional employment and training services for regional employers.

Under Job Services Australia we provide a free recruitment service to ensure employers find the right person for the job.

Our Group Training service will employ your apprentice or trainee and place them in your business – and we partner you to support and train them.

Our Apprentice Centre gives you a single service point if you choose to recruit an apprentice/trainee yourself.

Westvic Staffing Solutions is a Registered Training Organisation. We specialise in delivering nationally accredited training in your workplace together with fee for service customised training for your staff.

We take on the risks of employment through our Personnel Hire service, giving you more flexibility and security for short or long term staffing needs.

Our services are integrated to maximise the benefits for you and we take pride in delivering a personalised and flexible recruitment and training service.
